Terms and Conditions for Booking Grotto Tickets via FrankFace Marketing on behalf of Pentagon Shopping Centre

Thank you for choosing to book your Grotto tickets through Frank Face on behalf of Pentagon Shopping Centre. Please carefully review the terms and conditions below:

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings made through FrankFace are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session, including the date, time, and any additional information needed for your visit.

2. Refunds and Session Changes

• Refunds and changes to your session can only be made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, refunds and changes will not be accommodated.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you are late for your session, Frank Face will liaise with Pentagon Shopping Centre to accommodate you in the next available time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
• We ask that you understand the time slot after yours may be filled, and it is not fair to delay another attendee’s session.
• If it is a particularly busy day, we cannot guarantee a new session will be available if you miss your scheduled time.

4. Missed Sessions

• If you miss your session and no alternative slots are available, you will forfeit the session, and no refund will be issued unless cancellation was made 24 hours prior.

5. Photography and Use of Images

• You are welcome to take photographs during your visit. Please ensure that your photography does not disrupt the experience of other attendees or block any access points.

6. Third-Party Responsibility

• Frank Face acts as a booking agent on behalf of Pentagon Shopping Centre. Any disputes or issues arising on the day of your visit should be directed to Pentagon Shopping Centre.
• Frank Face is not responsible for on-site operations, but will assist where possible in liaising with Pentagon Shopping Centre to address any concerns.

7. Compliance with Pentagon Grotto Terms

• By booking through Frank Face, you agree to abide by the general terms and conditions set forth by Pentagon Grotto, including but not limited to behavior, refunds, and cancellations as listed above.
